South defeats North in senior game

The South defeated the North 56-21 in the Section 1 (Westchester, Rockland, Putnam and Southern Dutchess) Football Exceptional Senior Game at Mahopac High School on Nov. 20.

John Jay's Declan Meyer scored on a 27-yard pick six for the North while Fox Lane quarterback TJ Hallock went 3-8 for 17 yards.

John Jay's Danny Caiola had five carries for 7 yards for the North.

Lewisboro wins in girls soccer

The Lewisboro Nighthawks defeated the the host FC Transylvania Red Storm 01, 2-0, in the girls 11-2 division of the Westchester Youth Soccer League.

Bedford-Pound Ridge enjoys winning season

The Bedford-Pound Ridge 10-year-old Westchester Putnam Baseball Association team finished 8-4 in its division.
