Children Scramble For Eggs at Bedford Post's Easter Hunt

The first-ever holiday egg hunt delighted a small, but spirited groups of patrons.

The Bedford Post Inn added a new item to its Easter menu—a holiday egg hunt for its brunch patrons.  At noon and 2 p.m., small groups of children and their parents scoured the grounds behind the Inn in search of colored eggs.

They climbed rocks, looked in crevices of stone walls, under bushes and in the grass until all were found. A few lucky children found golden eggs and were awarded oversized chocolate treats as their prize.
