Snow falling on a tree still shedding leaves at the Harvey School in Katonah, noon, Oct. 29 2011.

By the morning, Bedford, Katonah, Lewisboro and Pound Ridge should see 1-3 inches, and by the time it's all over, up to 10 inches, according to weatherbug.

Events have been cancelled all over the area, from the Katonah Museum to the Wolf Conservation Center.

As of Friday night, there is a 100 percent chance of snow in town, expected to be heaviest after 4 a.m. Saturday.

A winter weather advisory is in effect from to 4 p.m. Saturday; tomorrow's high temperature should stay below freezing.

Upload your photos of our first winter storm here on our Neighborhood Gallery, and let us know how you're faring with basics—like electricity.
