DESCRIPTION:In Kundalini Yoga we have 10 Yogic Bodies. In addition to the
  physical body we have 3 mental and 6 energetic bodies. Yogi Bhajan taug

 parts of ourselves being out of balance.\nThis class draws on a body of 
 work that focuses on practices to balance the brain and relievesymptoms 
 of anxiety/depression/addiction/ADD and many other DSM diagnosis that ma
 nifest other imbalances.\nUsing a particular sequence of asana (physical
  posture)\, mudra (hand positions)\, breath and sound the desired affect
 s are achieved. Most of the work can be done either in a chair or seated
  on the floor.\nIt is not a replacement for medical treatment but can be
