DESCRIPTION:Marking its 29th year\, the Young Artists exhibition showcase
 s the  extraordinary talents of seniors from the Museum&rsquo\;s member 
 high schools  in Westchester\, Putnam\, Rockland\, Dutchess\, and Fairfi
 eld counties.  Concurrently on view are the exhibitions Young Artists an
 d Writers:  Thinking Through Art\, based on a program that uses the KMA&
 rsquo\;s exhibitions  to engage students&rsquo\; observation\, critical 
 thinking\, writing\, and  artistic skills through encounters with origin
 al art\, and Make Your  Mark\, a show of younger students&rsquo\; work i
 n the Learning Center. Together\,  the three exhibitions and their relat
 ed programs have become an annual  event in which community and family c
 ome together to celebrate  children&rsquo\;s art.
