Update: Town Board Meeting Cancelled

The town board meeting has been cancelled, a town official announced in an email.

1. The Bedford Town Board will have a work session to continue discussion for filling the vacant council seat, according to its agenda. The seat was formerly occupied by Chris Burdick, who became supervisor. The meeting is scheduled to start tonight at 7 p.m. at the town house in Bedford Hills. 2. Another town board agenda item is about discussion about a proposal from the Bedford Central School District to televise its meetings. The item is part of the same work session as the council seat vacancy discussion.

3. The Katonah Village Library will host a discussion today at 10:15 a.m. about China's foreign policy, according to this announcement.

4. There will be an 8th-grade parents' orientation tonight at Fox Lane High School, according to this announcement.

5. Katonah's library also announced that it will hold a Spanish story time, which is today at 10:30 a.m.
