19th Annual Golf Tournament Benefits Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester

The 19th annual golf tournament for the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester was held on Tuesday, September 24st, at the GlenArbor Golf Club in Bedford Hills, NY. The successful tournament raised $35,000 for the Club. Proceeds from the event will go directly toward the Club’s programs and services.

 

Entergy returned as platinum sponsor, accompanied by silver sponsors the Bannon Family, Clarfeld Wealth Strategies & Financial Confidantes; Cuddy & Feder, LLP; Gartner, Inc.; MTC Worldwide Transportation; and Bonnie Trotta. Hole sponsors included Compufit; Curtis Instruments, Inc.; R. Todd Rockefeller and DRWS Insurance; Lee Manning-Vogelstein; Allison and David Sachs; SafeHarbor Risk Management; TitleVest Agency, Inc.; Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry, LLP; and Wilder Balter Partners. Following the tournament, guests enjoyed a cocktail reception including a tequila tasting sponsored by Mount Kisco Wines & Spirits. An awards presentation took place during dinner along with live and silent auctions featuring such items as sports tickets, golf foursomes, golf lessons, and luxury vacation packages.

The Golf Tournament Committee is chaired by Robert J. About the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester
The Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester was established in 1939 as a place for “boys to get off the streets.” It is a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring and enabling young people, especially those who need it most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens. Located in Mt. Kisco, NY, the 36,000-square-foot facility features an eight-lane pool, Child Care Center, gymnasium, games room, and two computer labs, and an additional 1,600-foot Teen Center facility.
