Collin McLoughlin has lived in Bedford since the age of four. At twenty-four, the singer songwriter is poised for the town of of Bedford to land on the musical map.

Billboard.com nominated him as one of three unsigned musical talents to compete for the slot to perform live on network telivision at the Billboard Music Awards. If Collin receives more online votes  (voters can vote more than once), Chevy will deliver a car to his Bedford driveway along with a film crew to document his drive to Vegas for the finals. He will perform a concert tour along the way, battling against six other contestants for the live slot.

Collin picked up his first guitar in a fifth grade music class at Rippowam Cisqua and went on to sing in several middle school productions. His interest in music followed during undergraduate years at Colgate University, where he started a record label (Broadstreet Records) and recorded several original songs with members of a band called Nautical Young.

Collin is taking a leave from his graduate program at NYU to focus full time on his music career. He writes and records music in his Bedford home.

Mr Stone who himself admitted he had never even been to a BOE meeting before deciding to run offers no sense of motivation other than Dr Treyz and his friends think he'll help shift the direction back toward finance.
