UJA-Federation's Northern Westchester Women’s Philanthropy kicks off its 2013 Campaign Year with author Francesca Segal

UJA-Federation of New York’s Northern Westchester Women’s Philanthropy kicked off its 2013 Annual Campaign with Francesca Segal, author of The Innocents, her debut novel that recasts Edith Wharton’s The Age of Innocence. During the event, which took place at Congregation B’nai Yisrael in Armonk, Segal discussed her book and growing up in a small Jewish community in London. The gathering also learned about UJA-Federation initiatives that help the vulnerable in our community and in more than 60 countries around the world.

This is a terrific addition to town! I know I struggle with mounting piles of things to donate andRead More finding places to give to. With the Community Center and now Goodwill, great to find a second home for goods.
