The Hopp Ground Garden Club of Bedford is among those involved in a pair of raised gardens in downtown Mount Kisco, which are called Ability Gardens, according to signage posted. The plantings include flowers and vegetables of several varieties, which are located near the Mount Kisco Public Library.
Also involved are gardeners supporting Ability Beyond Disability and the library's foundation.
