More Snow in the Forecast for Bedford

Experts predict 2-4 inches for Saturday.

Enjoy the mostly sunny—but chilly—weather Friday in Bedford and Katonah, because Saturday will take a turn for the white stuff.

The National Weather Service is predicting 2-4 inches of snow during the daylight hours Saturday, mainly after 9 a.m. Snow is forecast to continue into the night with about one additional inch.

The high Saturday will be near 34 degrees, with a calm wind becoming northeast at 6 mph during the afternoon. The temperature will dip overnight to around 23. Winds from the northwest will be 7 to 9 mph.

Sunday is predicted to be mostly sunny, though breezy—11 to 20 mph from the northwest. The high will be near 35.

As of Friday early afternoon, the weather service isn't forecasting any more precipitation through New Year's Day.
