Weave by Hand, Tap Sugar Maples at Muscoot Farm

Muscoot Farm is a Westchester County park located on Route 100 in Somers. There are several great events coming up in February. 

Young Farmers Registration for Lottery Ticket Holders 

Saturday, Feb. 1, from 9 a.m. to noon.

In-person registration accepted for lottery ticket holders for the children’s summer camp program.

Tuesdays – Tuesdays, Feb. 4, 11, 18 & 25, 1 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Youngsters and their adults can enjoy stories every week at the farm.

Weaving by Hand Workshop 

Saturday, Feb. 22, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Learn how to create a bowl with yarn or ribbon. Fee $10; pre-registration required. 

Tapping the Sugar Maples 

Sunday, Feb. 23, 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.

Stop by to learn how the farmer knows which trees are ready to be tapped for their sugary sap.
