Soirée at the Rosen House ~ Un Ballo in Maschera

Please join us for a Masked Ball benefiting Caramoor and its crown jewel - the historic Rosen House. Guests are encouraged to attend incognito as we recreate Un Ballo in Maschera inspired by the legendary costume parties of Caramoor's founders, Walter and Lucie Rosen.

Hors d'oeuvres and cocktails will be served in the Spanish Courtyard, followed by a special reading by Tony Award-winner Zoe Caldwell. Arias from Un Ballo in Maschera will also be performed by tenor Cameron Schutza and accompanied by Caramoor’s Director of Opera, Will Crutchfield. The party continues with a delicious dinner created by Great Performances and dancing in the magnificent Music Room to the music of Rhythm Nation. A silent auction will also be offered.

The Rosen House, one of the region's most important historic houses, was recently elevated to the National Significance Level on the National Register of Historic Places.

Don't miss this rare chance to dine and dance the night away in the Rosen House!

Benefit Co-Chairs: Sandra and William Cordiano, Mary Ann and Robert Hawley; Nina and Michael Stanton. Honorary Chair: Zoe Caldwell

Performers: Bel Canto Young Artist Cameron Schutza, tenor; Will Crutchfield, Director of Opera, piano
