Estate Manager (Luxury Property Manager)

Acting as liaison between clients, vendors and the company, strong interpersonal skills and professional etiquette prerequisite. It is essential that candidates have a proven track record of working with high net worth individuals and possess strong organizational and administrative skills. A knowledge of residential real estate and /or estate management is also helpful. We are seeking an energetic colleague with at least 15-20 years of work experience to assume responsibility and accountability for client satisfaction. Must have schedule flexibility to handle infrequent, but important client issues on 24/7 basis. Therefore residence within 30 minutes of northern Westchester is essential.

Pet Stylist

When pets look good, they feel good – and so do the people who love them. You’ll play a big role in making it all happen as a Petco Pet Stylist.  This means working closely with pet parents and performing basic grooming services, including brushing, bathing, and conditioning of animals as well as trimming nails. In all you do, your focus will be on safety and customer satisfaction.

When not grooming pets, you’ll work to generate business for the grooming salon by engaging with customers who have not been in recently and connecting with customers in the store, cross promoting  grooming services  by handing out flyers. You will also provide guidance and/or training to Grooming Assistants and other Pet Stylists.  Must be capable to perform skill evaluations on potential  grooming applicants. Evaluating ability in grooming procedures, technical skills and other job related tasks.
