Visions for Vacancies: Large Building on Route 117

Let's call this a modern spin on community planning; a digital drawing board where all ideas are on the table.

We present a vacant space or property and ask you to tell us what you think would be the best use. Forget what zone it's in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts many people to sleep. What would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?

Many local folks joined the conversation for the . Up next was a property on Woods Bridge Road in Katonah, followed by a space on Adams Street in Bedford Hills. Then we talked The Perennial Chef and the space between Accent on Interior and ProBody on Route 117 in Bedford Hills. 

Now we're taking a look at the above building, which sits near Kohl's on Route 117. 

So, Bedford and Katonah folks, what sort of establishment would work best there? An automotive shop? A retail store? Some sort of food-based business? Or something else entirely?
