Whether or not you plan to participate in the Church Tavern Biathlon on Labor Day or not, please feel free to come by Saturday morning at 8 AM for the 7 mile bike, 4 mile run or BOTH!
We will meet at the dirt parking lot across from St. John's Church (82 Spring St, S.Salem, NY -http://goo.gl/maps/uwTih)
Also if you want to extend those distances and do some hill work Church Tavern is a great hill to do it on.
I'll have water and the tent. No need to RSVP.
Race day is Labor Day, Monday, September 2nd.

If you are not already aware, the Leatherman Harriers site SundayRuns http://sundayruns.org/ is great! There are one or two weekly trail runs and many maps you can use solo if you'd like. It's a fantastic resource.
