Tree Lights Up Lewisboro Town Park [Photos, Video]

Several hundred residents turned out for the sixth annual Winter Celebration in town.

Lewisboro residents gathered on a not-so-freezing evening in the town park, where the parking lot was filled to capacity and kids ran from the hot chocolate and cookie table to the main stage to the towering tree.

Singers included The Rolling Tones, The Treblemakers and The Noteables, a capella groups from plus members of Girl Scout and Brownie troops from Lewisboro Elementary School.

The event was co-sponsored by the Lewisboro Parks and Recreation department and the Chamber of Commerce. Check out the video clip for highlights.

This is a terrific addition to town! I know I struggle with mounting piles of things to donate andRead More finding places to give to. With the Community Center and now Goodwill, great to find a second home for goods.
