None of Bedford's fire districts will have contested fire commissioner races this year, according to officials.
In Katonah the only candidate running is Bennett Schuberg. He was appointed to his seat in September to replace Robert Hickey, according to Nina Kellogg, the district's secretary.
In Bedford Hills there are three people running for three available seats. The candidates are Michael Ferguson, Robert Patierno and Howard Stern.
For Bedford, the only mentioned candidate is John Clark.
The elections are on Tuesday, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at each corresponding local firehouse, according to feedback from officials.
