Take a SWING at Alzheimer's disease!



Enjoy a great day of golf, tennis, food, fun and prizes to
benefit a very important cause.



Every 68 seconds, someone in America develops Alzheimer's.
By mid-century someone will develop the disease every 33 seconds. One in eight
persons aged 65 and older have Alzheimer's disease, which is the 7th leading
cause of death for people in the United States. Seventy percent of people with
Alzheimer's live at home, cared for by family and friends.

The Alzheimer's Association is the world leader in the fight
against Alzheimer's disease and related forms of dementia.



The funds raised during the Alzheimer's Association's Annual
Golf & Tennis Tournament will help the Association move our mission of
research and support forward. Your participation will fund vital expert
Alzheimer's Association services provided to the nearly 40,000 persons with
dementia living in Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan and Westchester
counties as well as their family members and caregivers, and will fund
Alzheimer's research into the cause, cure, treatment and prevention of
Alzheimer's disease!
