Annual Meeting with Speaker John Steele Gordon

This year’s guest speaker is author John Steele Gordon, who will be discussing “Entrepreneurship in American History.”  John is the author of seven books including The Scarlet Woman of Wall Street, a history of Wall Street in the 1860s; A Thread Across the Ocean, the story of the laying of the Atlantic cable; and An Empire of Wealth, a history of the American economy. He has also written articles for Forbes, the American, National Review and the Weekly Standard.
