Celebrate the Year of the Horse and Benefit the BRLA

On Monday, March 3, from 6 to 9pm, Uovo Moderno will open its doors for a private open house to introduce you to one of Katonah’s newest and trendiest shops and to view the equine photography of local artist and equestrian, Julie Testwuide.  During this exclusive shopping evening, 10% of the proceeds will go immediately to the Bedford Riding Lanes Association. For the remaining month of March, Uovo will gift a percentage of proceeds to the BRLA.

Uovo Moderno is a home and table “livingware” shop founded by BRLA board member, Mary Ann Hawley, in partnership with her daughter, Ana. Uovo Moderno sources products from around the world, such as iittala, Alessi, JosephJoseph, Urban Oasis, nkuku and Tourmaline Home; as well a the work of local artisans, such a Katonah potter, David Hughes and hand-turned wood serving pieces from NSDG Studio in North Salem.
