We'll use the Slow Food principles of good, clean, fair food for this event, as well as make it a zero waste meal. That means:

  • do your best to use food that is clean and local (organic, local, or sustainably grown, whether certified or not).

  • bring  your own reusable cutlery, plates, cups, bowls, and serving ware; cloth napkins. NO DISPOSABLES PLEASE

  • Know where your food comes from! (and let others know too. table cards with ingredients listed and food sources are helpful)

It's inspiring when people share what they'll be bringing, or post here to ask for ideas.

ENERGY:  A short panel presentation will share the opportunities for involvement in local Energy improvements (alternative and efficiency and infrastructure) Attendees will be encouraged to share their Energize experience, and sign up for an assessment prior to the potluck.

We’ve removed the ability to reply as we work to make improvements. Learn more here
