It's the return of our famous annual chicken takeout! Eat great food while supporting emergency medical services in your local community.
Stop by the Corps headquarters and get a complete dinner including ½ a chicken, cole slaw, sweet & sour baked beans, and a dinner roll for only $12.
Famed local chef and ambulance corps member Hank Tschorn will be slowly barbecuing the chicken all day over an open pit outside the Corps headquarters. No reservations are necessary and no waiting – just drive in and take out a great meal.
The Katonah-Bedford Hills Volunteer Ambulance Corps (www.kbhvac.org) is the primary provider of emergency medical services for Katonah, Bedford Hills, large sections of I-684 and the Saw Mill Parkway. KBHVAC was founded in 1963 and now responds to over eight hundred emergency 911 calls a year – treating and transporting patients to the local hospitals and trauma centers. KBHVAC is entirely managed and supported by volunteers from the local community.
