Downtown Long Grove’s Famous Long Grove Apple Festival! On Friday,
September 27th – Sunday, September 29th from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., visitors are invited
to explore the many delicious ways to enjoy fall’s favorite fruit – from apple
pies to hot apple cider, caramel apple lattes, apple martinis, and more! Local
restaurants and specialty shops will carry a wide range of apple-inspired treats, while local farmers will have baskets full of a variety of tree-ripened
apples. Visitors can relax and enjoy Long Grove’s outdoor ambiance, many
activities for the whole family including an apple pie eating contest,
shopping, dining and live music staged throughout the historic village.

Come
join us for a fun-filled weekend of live entertainment, music, shopping and

fine dining throughout this charming, historic village. This is a great event filled with activities for the whole family including pony rides, kiddie rides and face painting. Restaurants and specialty shops will feature a wide variety
of apple-inspired treats for all to enjoy.

“Apple
Festival is Long Grove’s biggest festival of the season. We’re also proud that
Long Grove has been recognized as one of Chicagoland’s top 10 Open Spaces,” said Sharon Fine, Director of Community Development for The Village of Long
Grove. “What a perfect weekend to experience the Village’s historic charm,
great shopping, live music and entertainment, family activities, great food and
drink and, of course, the changing leaves. Families come year after year to
capture memories that they can share forever.”
