Commemorate 38th Anniversary of Roe v. Wade with Planned Parenthood

• In recognition of the 38th Anniversary of the landmark Supreme Court decision in Roe v. Wade, Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic will screen the documentary, The Assassination of Dr. Tiller. The documentary, which originally aired on The Rachel Maddow Show on MSNBC, chronicles the events leading up to the murder of Dr. George Tiller, an abortion provider, in Kansas. 

The screening will be followed by a discussion with Westchester County Legislator Judy Myers and Bebe J. Anderson, Senior Counsel, U.S. Legal Program Center for Reproductive Rights, about public policy strategies to protect patients and staff from anti-choice harassment.
