New Foundation Seeks to Support Bedford Schools
The Foundation for Bedford Central Schools will look to support education programs in the district.
The newly-formed, all-volunteer Foundation for Bedford Central Schools (FBCS) is looking to "help ensure the continued excellence of the Bedford Central Schools by focusing solely on academics," according to an announcement on Patch.
"Our community is fortunate to have the Fox Lane Boosters and FAME, and now this foundation will round out support to the many aspects of public education," said the group’s Chair, Marie Scanlan, a BCSD parent.
