About 300 Invited Guests Reported for Christmas Dinner

The annual Christmas dinner in Katonah had about invited 300 guests, according to Ben Harvey, who is a co-coordinator for the event.

The dinner, held at St. Mary's School, is now in its 20th year, according to Harvey. There were also more volunteers who helped out than there were guests, he explained.

The space was filled to capacity, he stated.

The mission, Harvey stated, is to give a Christmas meal clothing and gifts. The guests were able to receive this due to the help of folks dressed as elves, who came out with items, according to Harvey, who said the event was a "tremendous community project" and noted the area that it includes, which is for Westchester County.
