On Friday night, Bedford Village's tree lighting was held on the village green before a crowd.
Folks gathered at the Bedford firehouse before heading to the site. After the lighting, folks sang carols, including "Jingle Bells."
The event was sponsored by the Bedford Village Business Association, a group that includes businesses, the fire department and the Lions Club, according to Raymond Infarinato, who was among those involved.
