Restaurant and Sponsor Registration is Open for the Fall Hudson Valley Restaurant Week

Registration is currently open for restaurants and sponsors to join Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, the region’s largest dining event, which is returning Nov. 4-17.  85 percent of restaurants who participated in the dining event this spring (Restaurant Week occurs twice per year) said sales increased during the two-week period.  Almost 90 percent of restaurant-goers said they plan to return to the restaurant they dined at again, with 46 percent of them visiting for their first time.*

Restaurant Week continues to support the local farm-to-table movement with menu items featuring local suppliers while embracing new and diverse venues this fall. 

Participating restaurants offer prix-fixe three-course dinners at $29.95 and/or lunches at $20.95 (plus beverage, tax and tip) to the 200,000 hungry visitors expected to visit the Hudson Valley during the event.
