Luncheon Cooking Demonstration Series Continues at La Panetière With Peppered Tuna This Thursday
Jacques Loupiac's restaurant La Panetière in Rye will host a cooking demonstration on Thursday, October 24 at 11:30 a.m. as part of an ongoing monthly series.
Attendees will learn how to prepare seared peppered tuna at this event and will take home the recipe.
The step-by-step demonstration is followed by a three-course luncheon having seared peppered tuna as the main course.
The cost to participate is $40 per person plus beverages, tax and gratuities.

Appetizer
- TUSCAN KALE SALAD, SHAVED PARMESAN. Quinoa, brioche croutons, lemon-dill dressing or
