If you got a little carried away at the farmer's market and find yourself facing a countertop full kale with no clue how to get rid of it all, we've got a great idea for you. Kale Chips


1 bunch kale

olive oil

sea salt


  • Heat oven to 350 °F. 
  • Break kale into bite-size pieces; rinse and dry. 
  • Place on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. 
  • Sprinkle sea salt on top. 
  • Place in oven for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
