1 bunch kale
- Heat oven to 350 °F.
- Break kale into bite-size pieces; rinse and dry.
- Place on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Place in oven for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
