I am pleased to announce that Linda Yurus has joined us as the new Listing Manager for the Mark Boyland Team. Prior to joining us, Linda had been a Senior Outreach Coordinator in the Town of Lewisboro for many years. She expanded the successful Outreach Program to be what it is today, helping town residents in more aspects of their lives than ever before.
Linda and I met while working with a senior who was headed for the foreclosure of her home. We worked with the client to bring about a positive outcome. Since then, Linda and I have worked on many other cases together to provide solutions to help community members. That experience inspired Linda to take an interest in real estate and to get her real estate broker's license.
I knew Linda would be a natural fit for our team. She has worked on the town-side of transactions, which is invaluable to our clients, as she knows how the town works from the inside. Many questions can come up during the sale or purchase of a home that Linda's experience will help us answer.
