Meet Max — A Young, Goofy Staffordshire Terrier

Max is looking for a home.

From the  in Briarcliff Manor:

This gorgeous American Staffordshire terrier is one big, goofy boy!

He is always happy and wagging his tail and loves everyone he meets.

Max loves to give kisses, too!

He has the most unique coloring on his face that makes it look like he is wearing a mask…such a beauty!

Max is young, about 2-years-old and really would love an active family to take him home.

He will give so much love back in return!

See  for more information about the SPCA of Westchester or call 914-941-2896 ext. 22.

I would definitely call and ask. He looks like such a nice dog! After adopting two dogs and two cats from shelters and rescue groups, I'm always amazed at the dogs that end up without a home. Our aussie/border collie/something mix Biscuit is amazing with kids, cats, tennis balls, anything.

Call and ask. My rescuses are great with other pets but the shelter will know for sure. SUCH A CUTE DOG!

Sarah Studley, your descriptions of these animals are hilarious/cute/wonderful. I love the way you call this dog "goofy". You give the dogs whole personalities that tug at the heart.

Thank you, Heron, but I can't take credit. As it states above the description, they are provided by the SPCA of Westchester—who knows them best!

Hi Carol—here's an answer from the SPCA: He is good with most dogs…not so much with cats though unfortunately, and due to his energy and size, probably not littler kids. Hope this helps!
