Patch Picks: Holi-Daze Fun-Daze Mini Camp; 'The Snow Queen'; Handel's 'Messiah'

There is something for everyone to do this week in the Hudson Valley.

98th Annual Bronxville Village Christmas Pageant. Dec. 24. 5:30 p.m. Celebrate the spirit of Christmas at the annual Bronxville Village Christmas Pageant. The nativity includes a live donkey and sheep and concludes with the tree lighting. The Reformed Church of Bronxville, 198 Pondfield Rd, Bronxville. FREE.

Westchester's Christmas Day Dinner. Dec. 25. Noon. St. Mary's hosts the annual Westchester Christmas Day Dinner in the school's gymnasium in Katonah. The all-volunteer event feeds 300 guests of all faiths. Guests receive hot Christmas dinner, warm clothing, and holiday gifts. 99 Valley Rd, Katonah. FREE.

Holi-Daze Fun-Daze Mini-Camp. Dec. 26. 9 a.m. Head to Teatown for a break from holiday madness and enjoy games, animals, hikes and other activities during a mini-camp. Participants can register by the day or for the entire session. 4-5 year olds: 9 a.m.-noon - Full Session Fees: Members $120; Nonmembers $150; 6-12 year olds: 9 a.m.-3 p.m. (children should pack lunch) - Full Session Fees: Members $240; Nonmembers $270. Nanuet Hebrew Center's Annual December 24th Winter Vacation Party. Dec. 24. 6 p.m. Enjoy the Nanuet Hebrew Center's annual Winter Vacation Party on Dec. 24 from 6 to 9 p.m. Party-goers dine on Kosher Chinese Food, live music by members of Temple Dudes, and an open mic. 13 and older, $18; 5 - 12, $12. Handel's "Messiah" by Candlelight on Christmas Eve. Dec. 24. 6 p.m. Revel in a Christmas Eve performance of Handel's "Messiah" by candlelight in New Rochelle's Bethesda Baptist Church. Light refreshments after the concert. Bethesda Baptist Church, 71 Lincoln Ave, New Rochelle. FREE.
