A 22-year-old Danbury man was arrested in Bedford on Jan. 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), according to an announcement from New York State Police.
The man, driving on Interstate 684, was initially stopped by police after allegedly not yielding the right of way to a vehicle to was en route to a traffic stop.
The man is due in Bedford's local court on Jan. 30 at 7 p.m., police stated.
