Sonia Beatriz Cabrera-Cordone, 41, was arrested after allegedly driving drunk on Route 121 in Bedford.
Bedford police officers on patrol observed her 1994 Audi allegedly crossing the yellow double lines several times near the intersection of Old Post Road at 3:26 a.m. on Sept. 2.
After stopping her, police said they noticed a strong smell of alcohol in her car. They also noticed Cabrera-Cordone had red, glassy eyes. Police said she told them, "I'm not going to lie, I've been drinking," admitting she had consumed alcoholic beverages.
She failed field sobriety tests and took a data master test which revealed she had a .15 BAC. Cabrera-Cordone was charged with DWI, DWI over .08 BAC and passing in a no-pass zone. She was released without bail pending a future court appearance.
