Katonah Man Accused of DWI in New Castle

A 48-year-old Katonah man was arrested on Aug. 30 and charged with driving while intoxicated, according to New York State Police.

The man is accused by police of drunken driving on the Taconic State Parkway and was pulled over on its New Castle stretch. The traffic stop was made, police allege, when his vehicle was seen "traveling at a low rate of speed and also failing to maintain its lane of travel."

He is due in New Castle Justice Court in Chappaqua on Sept. 12 at 7:30 p.m.
