Katonah Resident Charged with DWI

An 18-year-old Katonah resident was arrested early Sunday morning after state troopers stopped him on Captain Lawrence Drive in the town of Lewisboro.

State troopers stopped the youth at 1:20 a.m. on Aug. 5 and conducted an onsite investigation. They brought him to state police headquarters in Somers and administered a breath test which revealed the 18-year-old to have a .11 BAC. He was processed, charged with DWI and released without bail to his father.

He is due in the town of Lewisboro court on Aug. 20 at 7 p.m.
