A large crowd of people gathered in Bedford Village late Friday evening for the Bedford Fire Department's annual parade, which passed along Route 22, by the Village Green and stopped at the firehouse.
Bedford firefighters were joined by their neighboring counterparts from Katonah, Bedford Hills, Mount Kisco, Pound Ridge and Banksville. Also marching in the parade were firefighters from South Salem, Goldens Bridge, Greenwich, Darien, Mahopac, Town of Mamaroneck and Danbury. Joining were the Katonah Bedford Hills Volunteer Ambulance Corps (KBHVAC), and their counterparts from Mount Kisco and Pound Ridge.
