State Police arrested a 19-year-old Danbury, CT woman for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a Violation.
Troopers conducted a welfare check on the woman April 19, after they observed her stopped on the side of Interstate 684 in Bedford after 2 a.m. with the vehicle's hazard lights illuminated.
She provided police with an ample breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .21%. She was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets and an Appearance Ticket ordering her to appear before the Town of Bedford Court on April 24.
