Police: Man Speeds on I-684, Charged With DWI

A Connectiuct man was arrested early Sunday morning on Interstate 684 after New York State police stopped him for speeding on the highway, troopers say.

At 9:55 a.m. on Sept. 23, police pulled over Samuel Sinto, 22, of Farmington, CT, on the town of Bedford section of I-684. 

Police interviewed Sinto and determined he was driving while intoxicated. He was brought to the state police headquarters in Somers where he provided a breath sample that resulted in .09 BAC.

He was issued traffic tickets and released without bail pending a return to Bedford Town Court on Thursday, October 4.
