This information was provided by the Bedford police and does not indicate a conviction.

The owner of a local towing company was arrested on Oct. 9 and charged with driving with a suspended registration and a plate violation.

Michael Pastore, 30, of Katonah, was driving on Bedford Road near Harris Road when his car was tagged by the Bedford police around 5:45 p.m.

Pastore owns Bennie's Towing, formerly located at 418 Adams Street in Bedford Hills. He re-located his business to 41 Armonk Road in Mt. Kisco earlier this year after he was unable to pay the rent at the Bedford Hills location, according to the owner of the building, Paul Demar of RAD Holding Corporation.
