White Plains Man Accused of DWI in Bedford

A 51-year-old White Plains man was arrested in Bedford for allegedly driving while intoxicated (DWI), New York State Police announced Friday.

The man was arrested early in the morning on Nov. 6, at around 1:55 a.m. He was initially pulled over after police claim his vehicle was seen going fast. The individual gave a breath sample and had a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .09 percent, according to police, which is above the legal limit. He was arrested, charged with DWI and was given a ticket to appear in Bedford's court on Nov. 14
