Tonight: Ex-Planning Board Chair to be Honored

Former Bedford Planning Board Chair Donald Coe is being honored at tonight's town board meeting with the presentation of an award. The honor is called the Distinguished Citizen Planner Award and is given out by the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation.

The award is the latest chapter in Coe's years of service for Bedford. Coe stepped down from the board several months ago after roughly four decades of service, Patch reported at the time of his departure.

The presentation for Coe will be at the town board's regular meeting, which starts at 8 p.m., at the Bedford Town House in Bedford Hills. Click here for the agenda.
