Town Board to Talk Tree Ordinance, OK New Sergeant

The meeting starts at 7:30 this evening.

APPROVAL of Abstract Claims and Paid Prior Bills in the amount of $62,819.05 for 2012 and $427,235.44 for 2013.

1. Request from American Legion Post #1575 for 2013 Bell Jar License.

1. Appointment of Richard Hubert to Police Sergeant.

1. Approve proposed deed conveying Town easement -- 73 Haines Road, Joan Zafian.

2. Set Public Hearing on proposed amendments to Zoning Ordinance.

1. Set Executive Session – Pending Tax Certiorari.

2. Reschedule March 21st Charrette on Bedford Playhouse to 7:00pm on March 12th.
