In Pound Ridge, Ali Boak is running for Town Supervisor because she knows she can lead Pound Ridge to be a small town with a “big heart and a strong spirit of volunteerism.” Ali leads by example. A mother of four, Ali leads a Daisy and Girl Scout troop. A former Peace Corps volunteer and Fulbright scholar, Ali established the International Organization for Adolescents to focus on ending human trafficking. And as a concerned citizen of Pound Ridge, she founded the Pound Ridge Partnership to engage business leaders, community leaders, and elected officials in revitalizing the town’s business district.
