PRES SERVES UP PANCAKES IN PARADISE

PRES officially kicks off its annual fifth grade fundraising initiative with the “Pancakes in Paradise” pancake breakfast where students will be serving pancakes and breakfast staples including eggs, bacon, sausages, and bagels on Saturday, December 7 from 8am-12pm in the PRES cafeteria.  Breakfast items are priced from $4-5.

In addition to the pancake breakfast, there will be a holiday gift boutique and ice skate swap as well as fun-filled crafts and games run by Ms. Mazzilli and Coach Foley in the PRES gym.  A raffle will include an iPad mini, tickets to a Broadway show and gift certificates from local businesses.  All the proceeds from the pancake event help support the fifth graders’ activities such as the end of year field trip.

“The students, faculty and volunteers work really hard to make this a ‘must attend’ event for the entire community,” said Principal Tim Gembka.  “It’s a great way to spend a chilly, winter morning with your family – eating pancakes and playing games – while supporting our fifth graders.”
