Through 1,000+ petition signatures, letters, e-mails, calls, signs, and speeches, community members have made their opinions known about KLSD's proposed closure of Lewisboro Elementary School. Will it be enough? Will the concerns of the community be acknowledged, or will the Board of Education vote to board up our district's top-performing elementary school?
The fate of Lewisboro Elementary belongs to seven people. Plan to attend the Board of Education meeting on Thursday, 1/23 at 7:30pm at the John Jay High School cafeteria and bear witness as these board members cast their votes:
