Three Spots on K-L Board of Ed Up for Grabs

Nominating petitions are due April 22.

Informational packets are now available for folks interested in running for a position on the Katonah-Lewisboro School Board of Education, according to the district.

Residents will vote May 21 to fill three vacancies on the board, which is made up of seven community members who volunteer their time. They serve staggered three-year terms, and the panel typically meets about twice a month.

Prospective candidates must submit nominating petitions by 5 p.m. April 22. To learn more, pick up a packet from Kimberly Monzon, the district clerk, at 186 Waccabuc Road in Goldens Bridge. She is there from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
