Talk the Walk is a unique outdoor program for women combining walking for fitness with supportive group counseling and plenty of laughs!
While we walk we talk about: Non-'diet' weight control, understanding hunger & fullness, healthy home cooking, positive body image, self-care, balancing priorities, stress management.
Walks are led by registered dietitian & personal trainer Amy Peck, MS,RD, CPT, and social worker Joan Kantor, MSW.
